• Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

•  The product must be in its original condition, and an unboxing video is required for the return process.

Exchange Policy:

• You can exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
• The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange.
